Shipping and Handling:

Our shipping costs are calculated for non-remote locations. If you are in a remote location, there will be additional charges, and we will contact you for further payment. If you are outside of North America, please contact us directly to arrange shipping at 519-570-0648. Taxes, Duty and Customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for packages that arrive late due to Customs delay as this is outside of our control.

Baby Charlotte is not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent without a signature.

Baby Charlotte is not responsible for undeliverable packages or the subsequent delivery costs of undeliverable orders or addresses that have been incorrectly entered by the customer upon checkout.

PO Boxes and RR Numbers are not considered to be deliverable address by UPS. Please be sure to enter a valid street address upon checkout.


During the COVID 19 crisis, we regret that we are unable to accept returns at this time. This is for your protection, as well as ours. We understand this is not the norm and will work with you to make it right, once the isolation restrictions we are currently under have eased.

Baby Charlotte cannot accept returns on bath & body products, diapers, personal use products, or special orders. Products must be new, unused, free from pet dander, dust, and smell and in undamaged packaging to be eligible for return. Thank you for shopping with us.
