Hours / Customer Support

Due to the current Covid 19 pandemic, our doors are closed for your safety. Our web store remains open, and we are still here to answer your questions and take your orders online, by phone, email or through messaging on our Facebook page.  All phone, message & email orders must be accepted and confirmed by us, before shipping.

Pickup Hours: 11 am to 4 pm, Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday in our back parking lot. We will greet you from a distance, wearing a mask and gloves.

Kitchener-Waterloo Delivery Times: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday from 4:30 onward, depending on your area. We will need to be able to set your package down and step back, waiting for you to retrieve it before we leave. All deliveries must be prepaid.

UPS delivery orders will now leave our store on: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. Delivery delays are to be expected, due to the overwhelming shipping loads UPS is experiencing.

Baby Charlotte will be closed on Tuesday December 24, 2019 and will remain closed until until Saturday December 28, 2019, when we will reopen for our Boxing Sale.

Baby Charlotte will be closed on Monday, Dec 30, 2019 and will remain closed until Friday, Jan 3, 2020 when we will resume regular hours.

Our Facebook and Twitter pages are not manned 24/7 - however, we usually respond within 24 hours, and are often available after hours. (Facebook or email really is best for after-hours contact.) We try our very best to respond to any questions you may have as soon as is possible (We do need to sleep sometimes!)
