Shipping and Handling
Tiered, flat-rate shipping is restricted to Canadian addresses only. If you are outside our shipping areas, please contact us directly. Our toll free phone number (Canada and continental US) is 844-570-0648. Taxes, Duty and Customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for packages that arrive late due to Customs as this is outside of our control.
Baby Charlotte is not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent without signature.
Be sure, that you are able to accept your order, (don't place an order as you are leaving on vacation, or forget to arrange to pick it up, if you receive a final delivery attempt notice on your door!) Three delivery attempts will be made by UPS, to the shipping address given by you, upon checkout. UPS will hold your package for a total of 5 business days, after which they will return it as undeliverable. Baby Charlotte is not responsible for undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable, you are responsible for the subsequent delivery cost, and your order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Baby Charlotte is not responsible for return shipping costs incurred due to addresses that have been incorrectly entered by the customer upon checkout.
PO Boxes and RR Numbers are not considered to be deliverable address by UPS. Please be sure to enter a valid street address upon checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Should a product be defective, or be recalled, Baby Charlotte will replace that product, and cover the replacement product's shipping costs. Baby Charlotte is not responsible for shipping costs related to returns due to sizing issues, or change of heart regarding said purchase. Any merchandise purchased online may be returned at the customer's expense for store credit or refund, with the following exceptions:
All sale items marked clearance are final sale - no exceptions.
Personal Care Products
Personal care products, such as underwear, training pants, diapers, liners, diaper covers, feminine hygiene pads, nursing bras and breast pads (either reusable or disposable), may not be returned under any circumstances.
Bath and Body Products
Bath and body care products, such as shampoos, conditioners, bubble baths, liquid soaps, creams, lotions, oils, aromatherapy, remedies and bar soaps; in short, any consumable body, bath or beauty products may not be returned unless recalled.
Food and Health Products
All food products, such as teas, vitamins, nausea remedies, baby foods, toddler foods and candies; in short, any consumable foods, drinks, or health products may not be returned unless recalled.
Out of stock items that are required to be special ordered are marked as such within the online store. These items may not be returned unless received damaged or defective. Please keep in mind, that if you select a Special Order item, we have made this purchase, on your behalf, from the manufacturer. We will let you know, when you call the store, if this is an un-stocked item.
